In 2014, pastors and leaders on the Peninsula came together to ask—"could our collective impact be greater by working together towards the common mission Jesus gave us?" As our Hope101 network grew and listened to the cries for just housing practices to racial justice and reconciliation, Justice Labs was birthed in 2016. Our purpose is to awaken the Church to listen to the pain of injustice and to reconcile people across race, gender and class.
We invite you to join our growing network of people coming together to love mercy, do justice and walk humbly in Silicon Valley & beyond.
Before we can see reconciliation we need to wrestle with God's mandate for justice, our personal biases and explore how reconcilers past and present come together to pursue and experience shalom across churches and cities.
We believe that God is shining his light on the sin of racism in America so that Christians can repent and explore pathways for justice and reconciliation for such a time as this. Join Christians across Silicon Valley discussing race, racism and possible pathways to racial justice and reconciliation in our region. A local panel of Christian leaders will explore our unique ethnic identities and how justice and reconciliation precedes true unity within the Body of Christ.
Start off your week asking God to awaken us his Church to listen to the pain of injustices around us and to be his reconcilers where we live, work and play. Subscribe to the Reconcilers e-update to pray. Also, join us 2ND MONDAYS starting in October for drop-in prayer at Trinity Church in Sunnyvale from 7am-9:30am.
